• Must not be smoking/vaping or using nicotine- or tobacco-containing products at the time of informed consent. 

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 7 nights/8 days and return for 4 outpatient  visits. 

• The study’s purpose is to test the safety and tolerability of an investigational drug in various doses in healthy volunteers. 

• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for malaria. 

• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
